|Recommended: Yes100 worth the price — This is a beautiful community with a lot of available parking and activities. The staff are super helpful and understanding When we moved in, the apartment was spotless, which is the only place in Springfield I’ve lived that cleaned the apartment before new renters moved in. Maintenance always comes within a day or two, and when our A C was messed up, they came within hours. I have literally no problems with this complex or this community. I am so, so pleased with everything they have to offer, and I am very grateful that I chose to live here

|Recommended: YesAmazing I will miss my unit. — If you are a matured student and want to stay away from the noisy campus area yet be few miles from MSU, this is the best place. I had no major issues during my stay and minor issues were handle in a timely manner. My building, G was extremely quite making it a great study environment. Moving cause of my program requirements with clinicals.
Covid year probably hindered many gatherings, but I would recommend the complex organize more opportunities to bring neighbors together.

I have multi-families living at a few of the sites and they provided excellent feedback and love the emails to residents. Excellent marketing and resident engagement. Thank you. |Recommended: YesGrounds keeper — The overall environment of Coryell courts is amazing The only problem I’ve had is with one of the grounds keepers. He would record me taking my dog out and yell and me and tell me he was calling the cops. I’m not sure why he did this because I always picked up after my animal but other than that the complex has been great.

|Recommended: YesI like this place. — It's really nice, quiet, and comfortable. I feel right at home. The amenities are nice too.
|Recommended: YesIts a Home — I feel like Im at home. The only thing that Im having issue is the toilet smell. I know its a water based , its like both toilet iare not sealed very well. I constantly spray with air freshener lysol even without using. But other than that, the place is quiet, peaceful and nice to live in.
