|Recommended: YesOverall Fantastic Place to Rent — I have lived here for 3 years now and I have been very happy with my experience so far. I only thought I would stay here for a year and it has turned into 3 yrs. The rent price was comparable to other properties in SGF area. When looking for an apartment, I first search price and then see if it meets my other requirements. I have been very happy with the maintenance team. They are prompt to respond and fix any issue I have had big or small . The amenities are very high quality IMO. We have one of the best apartment pools in the city for sure plus hot tub if it gets fixed this year . The gym is very large and has plenty of equipment. I rarely find that it is crowded- and most of the time I have the place to myself. They just put in new Roku tvs in the gym also. I have rented out the theatre a couple of times for special events or games. The process was easy and the community management team was very helpful. That doesn't even include the basketball, tennis and volleyball courts on the far side of the property. Parking can be a pain for me because I come home after 7pm and my building is so close to the pool. Most days parking is just fine and only 100 ft walk to my breezeway. The balcony is spacious and is ideal for lounging.
My utilities stay low in my studio 30 month and internet is free. Not having to pay for a gym membership or go somewhere for a pool courts makes the cost of living very low. Yes I wish rent was cheaper, but I have that wish everywhere I have lived Also inflation is a real thing for the economy right now . As much as it sucked to move into the fourth floor, the vaulted ceilings and no neighbors above me is very nice. All of this makes for a very enjoyable and spacious rental experience at Coryell.
|Recommended: YesHome sweet Home — My family and I moved into a 3 bedroom fully furnished apartment last month and I’m here to tell you we’ve never been happier and have been living our best lives. There’s not a single negative thing I could say about this place. The staff, amenities, location, the apartment itself are all top tier. We don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon. TLC properties couldn’t be more right about their slogan “You’re Home” because that’s exactly where we are and for the first time in a long time that’s exactly what it feels like. Thank you for allowing us to live in these perfect apartments, such a blessing it is.

|Recommended: YesOverpriced, but low key worth it for peace of mind. — Coryell Courts just like any complex has it's ups and downs. the neighbors all mind their own business, the staff doesn't bother you unless necessary. And I m typically a never call in to care type of guy, but when I do call i m always hot and pissed at my breaking point ,they always handle me with grace, and humility and Shoutouts to Mackenzie she's a rockstar. She doesn't always have the answer, but she does find it and follows up, she doesn't just say something and forget it. She does it. THe maintenance crew has helped with my new unit quite a bit waiting for parts here and there, but still resolving any and every issue I bring to the table. The parking for some buildings is limited because the parking doesn't stretch around them, but the buildings where it does stretch around it's pretty great. Cleanliness is great, and the noise of people above you is obvious, but not deal breaking. The construction parking lot repaving stuff is always a nightmare, but they handle it quickly to get us back to normal. Perfect 5 7

|Recommended: YesPleasant Experience Living Here — I’ve lived in a number of apartments in my years, in different parts of the country, and even in Canada. With all that experience, I have to say this is the best place I’ve ever lived in. From the amenities to the staff, that’s here all, and up to a very pleasant experience.
The women in the management office are the friendliest and best, hard-working employees that you have. The maintenance staff is on top of issues and are very friendly and courteous.
I definitely recommend living here and I’ve actually mentioned this place to friends also.

|Recommended: YesBest apartments in springfield for the price. — Have had a couple small incidents with the complex during my stay but they were resolved quickly and the complex and apartment have been very clean and quiet would definitely recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesHave enjoyed my time living here — Apts are comfortable, clean and very quiet. Grounds kept nicely and maintenance good. Office staff seems friendly, but still couldn't tell you who is who. And they never inform us anymore is package has been delivered to office. I will be renewing my lease here. Overall, a great place to call home

|Recommended: YesThe staff earned the 5 stars. — The property is clean and well kept. The neighbors are friendly. Pets friendly is an understatement cute dogs everywhere .
The apartment is huge about 1400 sq and maintenance has kept up with everything very well.
I have yet to meet any staff that does not smile when you see them. The office staff is solid, friendly, and helpful. Groundskeeper and maintenance are awesome, fast, and do great work.
If you like to smile a a lot and are too lazy to mow the lawn, this is the place for you.
