|Recommended: YesWould Highly Recommend Coryell Courts to a Friend — This is a great place to live. There is plenty of parking, you never hear your neighbors, everything is kept up very nicely, we rarely had to call maintenance and when we did it was resolved quickly. Jenny has always been extremely kind and is always willing to sit with us and answer in questions we have. I wish she could be my next property manager as well The movie room and lobby serve as a great place to hold get togethers and birthday parties The dog park is also much larger than what most apartment complexes offer. Overall, I was very satisfied with my year at Coryell and I would not hesitate to recommend a friend to live here.

|Recommended: YesGreat management response when requested on repair or question. — They maintain the property very well. We cannot hear our neighbors. We live on the 4th floor. The grounds are clean. The community room is wonderful with the theatre. Parking is adequate. Could use an extra handicap spot or two at building G. Overall quality of the unit is excellent.

|Recommended: YesLove this complex and staff — I really enjoyed renting thru Coryell Courts. The location is great, the building was clean, the noise was to a minimum, and the pool was perfect. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone

|Recommended: YesHighly Recommend — I've lived here for the past year and have just renewed my lease because thus far I've been extremely impressed by everything. Luxurious and spacious units, quiet, friendly staff and neighbors, good location, etc. Maintenance is prompt and helpful. It feels like it's own community in itself and there are many amazing amenities which include a beautiful pool spa, full gym, tennis and basketballs courts, playgrounds for children, and movie theater. The property is very secure as an armed security officer is present at the front gate from 9pm-6am every night. Overall, I am excited to continue living here and would encourage anyone to live here

|Recommended: YesLove It — I enjoy living at Coryell. It is quiet and convenient. I think my favorite thing about Coryell is the overnight security, and the gated community. Haven't been here through the summer yet, but there seems to be a lot to do.

|Recommended: YesA decent place to live. — I moved in a little over a month ago and have been decently surprised and happy. It's in a good location and has good amenities and clean and up to date buildings. The only issues I have are that the water seems to go cold rather quickly, especially when me and my roommate shower after one another. But overall, the staff are friendly and the apartments are great.

|Recommended: YesOverall great place to live — I love everything about these apartments... the layouts and designs, the friendliness of the staff, all of the many amenities. My only two complaints are the parking availability and the walls being a tad bit too thin. Otherwise this is a near perfect place to be and i'm happy with my decision.
